Ha, I'd love to.

Honored to even be mentioned in the company of these two and MBavo for sure.

That would be awesome! There are some great cooks on this forum, and I sure do enjoy looking at those pics and learning. Great group of folks.

Thanks! Just made it to the ranch in SE Duval, and of course it’s POURING rain. So much for bird hunting. I was here for four days shredding two weeks ago and we were covered up in mourning dove, but wasn’t regular season yet. Not the first time rain or storms has killed a dove hunt lol. At least we have plenty of food and cold beer.

The bright side is that the rain is bringing waves of new birds to you. The downside to that, of course, is that they will take two more days to get there, and all of the local birds are gone. At least you’ll eat well!

I voted no. I was in the restaurant biz when I was as much younger. It's brutal. Brutal hours, brutal trying to manage employees, no time off. Ive been told the same thing many times. Open a restaurant, it will be a success. Yeah, but at what cost? I prefer to cook for friends and family. Stick with that skinnerback.

Tongue-in-cheek, but Cathy still has friends from law school In Austin. The downtown food trucks are her go-to when she visits.
