I used to reload back in the 1990's. I have a partial can of 7828. Is it still good you think?

If it was stored in a controlled environment, it will be fine.

I’ve always been told there will be a much stronger ammonia type smell if the powder is bad. I bought out a complete shotgun setup from a guy and he had an old metal keg of 700x...it smelled like ammonia so I discarded it.

Yep makes good fertilizer. I warn my smoking friends not to toss their butts into my flower bed, they might get a surprise!

It's been in the can in a safe. I was just curious. I have no need of it.
