Perfect for the Croc Pot. Shredded & seasoned makes some killer tacos.  I had 8 of them that size left in my deep freeze when it died. Lost them, deer meat, fish, & jumbo shrimp.

10/4 on the crock pot cookin, and I like to put 'em in my new pellet smoker for a few hours. Talk about sweet and tender piggy meat!
