I sat out last night for 5 hours waiting for the hogs to come to a baited spot that they've been hitting every night for the past week. They didn't show, and as I was packing up, this bruiser cruised in for a bit of corn. With a shot fired in anger from my 300 HAM'R, he went down hard, for the count!

Had not used the HAM'R on a coon-sized animal before; I think I may have been over-gunned a bit. If he had sent the pigs in instead, he would still be out and around! Bad call on his part.
