My nephew asked if we should start bottling "Texas Tank Water", just syphon water out of the stock tanks and sell it as a boutique water. I had to laugh, but the more I thought about it, the better the idea sounded. PT Barnum would have approved of it.

I have not but I've heard it is pretty good.
I do make a similar drink here at the house....topo chico lime, vodka and squeeze a lime in it.

Yes, I was unimpressed with that one, I also did buy the grapefruit flavor of theirs. When compared next to each other the grapefruit tasted way better.

I bought some months ago in Kerrville HEB. I am not a fan. Drank one, 5 in my beer fridge since spring.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I tried a different brand. Wasn't bad but I'm glad I didn't buy it.

Ranch water on the patio at Joe T Garcia's in the Stockyards is the ONLY way to go.
That being said, we had some canned 'ranch water' out of Austin in a blue can and it was the best canned version I have had, but still just, OK.

I don't understand this flavored seltzer water craze. Every beer company is making one now. Coors, Bud, Miller, even Corona.... It's like the sorority gal's that went to SMU in the 90's and dropped jolly ranchers into their Zima are all grown up now and running the nations brewery development teams.

I was never a fan of the flavored seltzer waters until I tried the Budweiser one. I won't admit it out loud, but it's pretty tasty for what it is

I'll have to try it the next time I have some decent tequila at the house.

Just another era that will pass just like wine coolers. I'll pass. My oldest Son (22) doesn't drink much. He hates the taste of beer and whiskey etc. On the rare occasions he does drink, he'll buy a 4 pack of wine coolers. I had him & his wife over for a bbq and when I saw him grab a wine cooler out of the cooler I gave him hell, & still do. He says "C'mon Dad, really. I'm not gay ok. You know I hate the taste of beer". I just tell him, you'll grow up someday Son LOL. Just don't be limp wristed when you're drinking that.
