I thought I had cooked all of my Bacon first, while I had the onions in the grease I realized there were 3 pieces of bacon left. So I thought what the hell I will just cook them with the onions, bacon with a onion twist bound to be good right? It was and I am saving this onion infused bacon grease and do it again next time. The tacos were pretty tasty!
