Well, actually I don’t know if they are really late, but just now we are seeing a lot of very small new fawns. Just seems late to me. The wife and I were recently talking about not seeing as many fawns as we did last year, but now they are showing up.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...

I have seen little fawns in October that appeared to be recently born.

Seeing a lot of fawns last year, could be those doe fawns got bred late when they came in and you are seeing those recent fawns of last years fawns.
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true Mainstream news might be fun to watch

The fawns on our place are being kept hidden, haven't seen one this year.
