Worked hard in the yard and garden all day, cutting and cleaning out vines. The hard freeze toasted the beans, peas, and zucchini. Darn carrots are indestructible, it seems. We were beat from all the work, so had ibuprofen and G&T for an appetizer. Remember that left over rack of baby backs? I generally only have salads when my garden is in. However, a neighbor dropped of a care package of store bought vegetables from a benefit sale. I could only eat half of my spaghetti. I'll have it again Monday.
