Eddie and the Cruisers and Raising Arizona are both excellent nominees. Both good ones. I had forgot about Eddie and the Cruisers. Both Fast Time and Risky Business are memorable. However, that may have been the company I was keeping at the time.

The 13th warrior was awesome too I think so too. Many don't care for that film. My assumption is they didnt like the subtitles.

Un Broken is another great ones. It was adapted from a true story. I read the book first. The movie followed the movie better than any I have ever sen. He was the epitome of a great American hero. He was offered a room in a hotel and great food if he would go on radio and pull a Tokyo Rose.

I grew up vacationing at the Jersey Shore where that movie took place. Lived there for a couple years after college. Still vacation there with my family every summer. We just watched it when we were there a month ago. It’s a classic that a lot of people have never heard of.
I just turned it on . I was looking bird dogs in the butt this morning.

Southern Comfort. I don't think it was ever terribly popular but it was a cool story line and it had some good actors in it.
