Had to wear my favorite jacket on my morning walk this morning.

I had .82" in western Goliad county last night..finally...only had .30" since July 29 till last night. I was in northern Live Oak county yesterday to check cattle and water and poured 4.10" out of that gauge. That was since last Friday and it rained about 2" more or less after I left. Northern Bee County only had .50" as of yesterday but it rained much more there last night than here at my house. My cousin sent me a text this morning and said his 5" gauge at his house in NW Live Oak county was running over since it started raining yesterday evening.

We got 3 tenths out of this. Just not in the right place for the big rain. We sure could use one of those 5 or 6 inch rains. Tanks are really looking bad.

With the 1 1/2" we got last night that makes a little over 4 1/2" in the last 5 days. Comal Co.
