Hatch red chilis. These have been hanging and drying out for almost a year so I decided to grind them. Can`t wait to try them on something. They made about 5 ounces.

I had these hanging beside our fireplace instead of outside. No problems. I was thinking about smoking these for about 15-20 minutes for a little extra flavor.

Not yet. I washed my hands really good and then rubbed my eye`s later and there must have been an invisible dust vapor that settled on my skin, face and nose.............. It`s plenty warm to say the least. wife
