Luke and I finished the weekend off yesterday poolside with a few cold ones and Elk Cheeseburger for dinner. Also had an interesting phone call. Dove hunted for the first time in a few years. Only had 1 pair come by in range, got one with first shot, missed it’s mate. Also had a cold beer.

That's a sweet slide you have for the pool. Yep I have almost out grown it FYI My swimming pool is in my elderly neighbors backyard. We have been neighbors, friends and like family for over 24 years. Their kids moved out a long time ago so we have the run of the pool whenever we want though we seldom use it. The slide is for their Great Grand kids when they come over.

Shredded grass for three food plots. It was hot but got it done.

Oldest had a baseball and soccer tournaments. Played a total of 9 games this weekend. Still got in some pool time between games on Saturday and after games on Sunday. Took the boat out to the lake on Sunday after the games.
