This picture was taken in the back of Little Caney on Lake Fork. What kind of deer is it?

Thought so. Didn't think there were any around Lake Fork,

Coloration fits a fallow fawn or late born whitetail more to me.

Those mentioned; axis, some fallow, and whitetail fawns are really tough to tell the difference in.
I have had them all at a feeder and had a tough time telling the difference. We have some lighter fallows that look just like that

Piebald whitetail. They show up from time to time.

It’s a spotted fallow, they always have a pretty much solid white line a couple inches above the color line at the belly.

Whitetails can show the solid white line also. The fawn in OP appears to have a shorter tail like a fallow though than a whitetail fawn.

based on the way the spots are spaced I would say fallow, Axis normally have more equal spacing between the spots, fallow som will be close together and some further, being that it is a fawn makes it harder to tell.

I'd have to go with whitetail. Fawns around here look just like that.

That’s a whitetail fawn if I’ve ever seen one. Some of y’all have quite the imagination. Look at the critter’s body structure. It’s a baby.
