Not all at the same time. Really, I never started the first, but I think that quitting the first would actually make the third even easier to continue , and , ipso facto, even more difficult to give up.

Might as well, nothing left to live for...

I did the first one in 2009 on my own and my wife mandated the third one in 1985. I'm hanging on to the second one like grim death.

Never started the first, got married in ‘89, gave up drinking 99%. Not much left.

They shoot horses for less issues.

Well I quit smoking and dipping, but still drink and was chasing women before the scamdemic. So theirs that lol.

And not in that order either. Smoking was the hardest to quit!

Since this is the Health and Fitness forum, you should probably be reminded that:
Chasing women is not bad- it's exercise. The health issues start if you actually catch one........

Stopped chasing women 15 years ago, stopped dipping and drinking last Saturday. Stopped smoking 11 years ago when the kiddo was born. Cold turkey is the only way for me to do it. Feel great after only a week. Wasn’t a daily drinker but would make up for it when I did.
