Hard to tell from just this one picture for me.
At first look he looks like a very healthy 4 year old but he does have a lot of chest.

Is it just the picture or is his nose really that messed up? what about his back right leg? Is it messed up as well? Sure looks swollen from the bottom all the way up into his ham.

yes he has a roman nose for the last three years and was always a runt of the pack but this year he blew up from a skinny little thing to somewhat normal now as far as his leg what ever that is it happend very recently . earlier pics his leg was not swollen.
