I'm not loyal to any dealership. I don't buy that often, like every 7-10 years. Last two times, I've shopped different dealerships on line. Do it, and in a few days, they'll be coming after you. I had a great experience at the Ford dealership in Bowie. I had the deal about 95% done before I got there. Have your financing worked out at the institution of your choosing before hand. Buy nothing extra, (extended warranties are a bad investment IMO) and make them compete for the financing just like they had to on the price of the vehicle. If they offer you a better rate, so be it but make them work for it. The F & I guy was glad to see me leave. I check the hell out of everything, and calculate the payment myself. I'm glad the OP shared this. Positive or Negative, we need to share this stuff with each other. It helps customers, good dealerships that have earned their reputations and keeps us away from the shady ones.

Report the dealership the the Texas Attorney Generals office. They handle consumer fraud investigations.

Yes, I have already had contact with Jerry. He is a really good / nice man. He looked into it for me. Contacted Asim Ali, the GM. *** I spoke with Lewisville FD. The folks there remembered the FIRE. They are sending me the report on it. . . . . just in case I need it. They said the report will identify the vehicles involved. Thank You Lewisville FD!

Few things I've learned about buying triucks in Houston area
1. Buy during truck month (rodeo time feb-march they make deals
2. use Mac Haik Ford...
3. Tell them what you want, how much you'll pay and they will make it happen

NOW I HAVE TO HARASS THEM TO TERMINATE THE LOAN.
MANY PHONE CALLS . . . . . . AND NO CALL BACKS . . . . CLASS ACT!
