Still trying to decide on a scope for my 6mm ARC build. The three scopes I'm trying to decide between are the:

-Steiner P4Xi 4-16x56 https://cameralandny.com/shop/stein...0136-2c97-00163ecd2826?variation=1857314

-Nightforce SHV 3-10x42 MOAR

-Vortex Viper PST Gen II 3-15x44 MRAD

What say ya'll?

I say you need to be more purposeful in what the use case is and what magnification range you're looking for. 4-16x56 and 3-10x42 are two completely different things for a lot of different reasons.

Primarily will be used for hunting (deer, hogs, coyotes) but will also occasionally be shooting steel out to 600 yards. I guess I'm more interested in quality over magnification

Between those three...I'd buy the lightest one. Life's too short for long barreled hunting rifles or heavy [censored] scopes. up wink

Since you are in that price range, Trijicon Credo 2-10x36 MIL

That is another great option...I was just looking at the credo 1-8x28 a few minutes ago but this would probably suit my needs better

I agree with Judd go "light" young man

VERY Interesting caliber too. I hear George Gardner is about to offer it in a bolt gun.
