Thanks Stompy. Heard Eastland got 3.5 so thought it was correct. Would be a messy trip, may wait till next week.

Probably right 4W, Accuweather shows Murray getting 1.9" until midnight last night and it rained heavy from midnight into today.

I would bet on it being correct on the amount, probably more in some places.

This site is really good for rainfall totals. You can change the parameters on the left to go from 24 hours to two weeks rainfall. I learned about it from the guys on the upland section. Just passing it on.

I hunted in Woodson yesterday and it rained ALOT, off and on all day long. I have spent the day cleaning mud off the truck, boots, mojos, and everything else I had with me. Still had fun though.

I hunted opening morning between Murray and Eliasville as the crow flys. Hunted maybe the first 30 minutes of the first morning. Shot one Dove. Then got run off the field from rain and some awesome lightening. It rained all day then all night and all the next day and much of last night. Today the Dove were gone. Not a single bird seen anywhere on the lease today. Our field has been full of standing water. So I'm hog hunting.
