What’s the yellow thingys? As part of the seasoning I squeezed the juice of one orange into the dish. I peeled a second orange and then added slices to my stir fry. Thus I had yellow things in my stir fry.

I would imagine any citrus would work well some butter in that pan.

It was my first time to ever try a lobster in a stir fry. Normally I eat lobster as part of a surf and turf. I went with the stir fry option just to do something different.
Lemon would work as well as the oranges worked as a seasoning. Overall it was a delicious meal. My doctor would be happy that I ate a plate full of mostly vegetables.
