Under sink RO works great. We have very hard well water and use a softener. But we have had one for 13 years. Hook up the ice maker as well. Great for coffee and drinking water.

No BP it’s reverse osmosis filtration system.
Every RO system I’ve dealt with worked quite well

I used one back in the early 2000's on a ranch but it was not a high volume type. It worked well but the filters were expensive back then and they did not last that long. I only used the water for drinking, cooking and the ice maker in the fridge.

Yes, they work well, I checked ours last week, it is still removing 96% of the TDS. It’s been over a year on this set of filters. Our water does go through a resin softener before the RO.

No BP it’s reverse osmosis filtration system.
Every RO system I’ve dealt with worked quite well Ahh. I guess the coconut lotion on the knees is helping.

Yes they work. I have had one under my sink for over 20 years. It’s about due for replacement.

We have a softener plus RO under the sink. Works great - we are on well water as well.

We have super hard well water at our place in the hill country. TDS was around 1300ppm prior to the RO and the water actually felt like it was drying out my mouth. Installed RO and a permeate pump and the TDS has been around 10-15 ppm and it tastes great.

Had an under the sink unit in a previous house. Worked great. Only maintenance is the replacement of the filters.

Yes - make tasty water and great ice cubes! Before buying any particular unit, be sure to (compare) prices on replacement filter sets - the first stages 2x/year and the RO membrane every 1or2 years - YMMV. Also, they generate waste/bypass water, and if you can run a waste line out to garden or herb-garden rather than dumping down drain, all the better. Also, fyi, if you 'want' minerals, you can add a 'mineralization' final filter to ANY system. Raised 5 healthy kiddos over last 27 years using RO for all our drinking water, don't even buy or drink sodas.
