Took this girl down with one shot in the eye with my "Flagship" Ruger PC 9. 9mm ain't my first choice for hog hunting, but there's something to be said about availability! It was there when the piggy showed up. Then a raccoon showed up to see what all the ruckus was about, so took her down, too, and had them pose together with the Flagship. All in all, a productive Saturday morning.

Well done! Very cool graphic on that weapon.

I've had quite a few comments on my Flagship rifle. It came from Ruger just like you see it in the piggy pictures. Here's a place to get a much better view than I can give you with my poor camera skills: https://ruger.com/products/pcCarbine/specSheets/19127.htmlIt is very accurate, has a great trigger, and one of the features I like about it is, like the other PC carbines that aren't all gussied up like this one, that the magazine well is interchangeable so you can use Glock magazines. I've got a 33 round Glock for it (Why would anyone need a 33 round magazine for hunting [ask certain politicians?] Check the news coming out of certain cities in the west and mid-west. . .).

Sweet Nine. I've been wondering how those would work on pigs. Those coons aren't the smartest critter in the woods.
Well done.
One shot is all it should take.
