I am looking to buy 100-150 acres in Stephens county, Young, Shackelford, or Eastland. Let me know if you have anything.

Have you already looked through the various land for sale sites ( lands of Tx & similar) and Realtor sites in the areas?

Have all your ducks in a row for financing? down payment? ~ all cash?

What type of land? raw unimproved, open crop, improved grazing - some combination? any attributes or improvements you consider important?
Floodplain or prone okay?

check out www.landsoftexas.com to see properties in the areas you're interested in....and if the property doesn't have water or electric it can be very pricey to bring both in.

Agree, lands of texas is place to start. I have bought three that I found there, the middle one being in Eastland county. Just don't be in a hurry, wait until you find what you want, then go after it. And as , londontexas said, water and electricity will cost you to bring it in. So, look for place that already has it on site.

Ask if there are any easements through the property also. Ask about taxes!

We have 93 acres listed in Young County just north west of Possum Kingdom Lake. This property adjoins the Brazos River Authority land that runs down to the river. My understanding is you can use the BRA land, you just cannot build on it. There are big deer in this area along with some massive European red elk that got out of a high fence ranch years ago and have bred on their own. There are (2) water meters around the perimeter with a power line that runs across the property that could have a pole set if you need.

If you are interested in seeing this land, contact me at 817-891-O722

I'm looking for land also, what are you asking for the 93 acres? What does the topography look like? I like thick mesquite and prickly pear with a little pasture in the mix

I have 200 acres in Archer County that I would sell. It could be a great turn key hunting property with stands/feeders/atvs/tools/tractors/implements, or just the land.

Odd how a new member from London England with 2 posts can resurrect a 2 year old thread and get responses.
It is quite clear he only joined to pimp a scam land / business website based in India.

That's why I did not click on the link he provided. He may be related to some prince that needs my bank account number to

I hope everyone is doing good though. I almost would rather be back in 2018! Haha! Anyways, if you are looking for land, let me know. There is nothing better that I like than working with buyers! It is a buyers and sellers market!
