A 37.8 ft swell was reported to have been recorded from a buoy near a Shell platform.

Now livestock is a bigger issue than cotton. Just watched a report on Channel 2 that showed a highway shut down and hundreds of cattle being moved in cattle drive fashion to higher ground.

I live across a county road from a cotton farm. Also, there in a cotton farmer in my subdivision. His wife and I walk dogs together every morning. He I was an Aggie and has two Aggie sons. Have you sat out there and watched them 24/7? Do you REALLY KNOW for SURE? Common sense for a cotton farmer to be out there 24/7.
