Kuby's in Dallas. Cinnamon Creek is good, but I think Kuby's is the best. It's more expensive than most processors though.

Joshua Deer Processing.

I have used them for the past 4 years after leaving Cinnamon Ceeek.

Not trying to steal your thread, but has anyone tried to have a beef processor. Here in southern Okla 12 to 24 months out.

Hirchs meats butcher shop in Plano.. Only take quartered deer and you get your deer back.. Not mixed with others, like large processing places...

I had bad luck with Joshua Deer processing (foul meat), CCR is expensive and takes too long but good (check your order for missing items), the best experience for me and worth the drive from DFW has been Wenzels in Hamilton. They are legit, fastest turn around and make the best dry sausage too.
