I have a 2014 that has been bullet proof. Not the fastest but does everything I need it to around the ranch.

I recently had a thread about the 1000-5 and all the reply's were positive toward the Pioneers. It is a honda and it just does what honda's do.

The pros are that its a Honda, it's not belt driven, and it's a Honda. A con I've found is to add accessories you prolly have to add a 2nd battery due to the electric shift box. Its as fast as I want to go in a sxs.

I just saw a STOP SALE declaration by Honda today on the 2017-2020 Pioneer 700 & 2016-2020 1000 EPS models. Appears there are front end linkage fitment concerns. That is all I know.
