I have been doing the mastication method (sp?) Basically, soak it in a bucket of water., to clean my skulls. Here is my buck, my son's buck, and my mother in law's buck. I'm mounting them all on cedar planks that I cut from a big cedar tree down at the ranch. Ill post the finished products in a week or so. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/08/full-31921-247799-20200823_120250.jpg)

They turned out great. How did you do the teeth? The teeth and jaws get glued back in place with shoe goo.

Very nice work! What specifically did you use as a whitener? I have a hog skull I need to finish, given the person I paid to do it, didn't.

Charlie Soak in scalding hot (almost simmering) water with dawn to degrease. Rinse and let dry. Then use developer to whiten.
