Perfect, except for the brussel sprouts. I must be allergic to them, cause they make me want to throw up. I love fresh or cooked cabbage, slaw, and kraut but just cannot do the Killer B's!! Hahahaha.

HT: done deal, love salad! We have a restaurant here that serves a great Eggs Benedict, but serves Brussels sprouts with it. If you leave them off, they will just give you extra bacon!! Hello???

We buy them then butterfly them in 1” thick cuts and cook em like pork chops.....love me some pig!
