The lease runs from Jan. 1st to Feb. 28th. Limited to a maximum of 5 hunters.

There is a great campsite that will host travel trailers etc.......but there is no electricity or water......you must bring your own.

The lease is located on the historic Pitchfork Ranch. Easy access from Hwy 114/82 approx. 90 miles east of Lubbock. Gentle rolling terrain, great quail habitat. So far the hatch looks pretty good.......not great like past years but pretty good.

The cost is $5000.00 or $1 an acre. We will allow the group to have one 3-day hunt in late Oct. or early Nov. if desired to give you a shot at the birds earlier in the event the weather causes disease to decrease the covey numbers by the time Jan. rolls around like happened last year. Serious inquiries only. Don't ask any questions on this thread.......PM me or call or text me at the number below. Thanks.

Price is right for sure. I hunt the ranch just west of it. Whoever gets this place, holler at me by pm, It would be nice to compare notes.
