Thinking about the fish frying thread got me going tonight. Too hot to cook inside, so fired up the side burner on the grill. Deep fried oysters, jalapeño slices, and some of the beans I fixed the other day. Made both a sweet relish tartar, and a horseradish seafood sauce. Washed it down with another icy G&T. smile

I'll take a mess of them peppers and beans please.

Oysters look great, I wish I liked them fried. I like them every which way but fried lol.

I'm the same way. Like them raw Bienville etc but not fried. Fried makes them taste strange. Those sure look good.

Had them twice last week. Best we’re from Kings Seafood Express in New Iberia....they were huge and juicy!
