Tough life tonight, but someone has to keep the ranchers going, and the fries are Idaho grown too.... Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know - steaks are too cooked. The wife likes hers medium, so it's the one on top. The perfect rare one for me is underneath!!

Thanks for the idea, but I'm good. After the wife got her veggies out, I mixed in some fresh roasted diced Hatch green chiles in mine. Awesomeness!!!

Question for you experts. A friend was telling me how he grills his ribeye on a flat iron, after doing his veggies, then slices for his fajitas. Claims it is the best taste you’ll ever try. I’ve never done it, or even considered it. Have any of you, or would I be wasting a really good steak??

Skirt Steak is for fajitas.
