What will the feeder weigh? OLD MAN here and it is hard to find someone to do the heavy lifting. Thanks Daniel

Roughly 150 - 200 pounds.
After they are on the ground, they move easily with the skids

I had Ryan build me 3 of these along with a protein feeder and some other items. His work is solid....”overbuilt” in every way, which is how I like things. Very heavy duty stuff. He was also a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend him.

Have you designed a 1000# model yet? How far will it throw corn?

Have you considered adding a piece of hail screen to the inside bottom to filter out large chucks of corn cob and corn dust balls? I got some bad corn last year and it had concrete-like balls of corn dust. It clogged my feeder really badly.

Will your feeder hold up to feral boars?

Hogs don't tear them up underneath or on the lower shield? I want to buy one, but can just imagine a big pig rubbing up on the lip of the shield and it getting bent all to hell. I really don't want to build another feeder pen!
