I have an enclosed cargo trailer that is 7x16 and it works well. I had to add 18" to the height so the utv could clear the doorway though. If you get one off the lot it will likely be too short to load a utv.

Where are you located? I built mine custom from the factory, PM me for more details.

I bought a Wells Cargo Road force (v front) that is 17'6" interior length and 8' interior width and 7' tall with the entry being dovetailed. I had mine insulated, electrical plugs, lights and windows added but you might not have a need to do that. I use mine to sleep in also when deer hunting. Makes a great toy hauler.

height is the hardest part to find. my Kubota RTV barely slips into our 7' tall garage door, that is with no lift, just one oversize on the tires. Width also could be a concern, have to remember to allow room to get out of the UTV once it's loaded.

Just chopped the cage on my Honda P700-2. Did not want to modify my trailer. I use a 7x16 Cargo Craft which I rigged as a toy hauler/camper. It is VERY comfortable.
