I was walking the woods on a new place when I stumbled across this old cow skull with what looks like 2 bullet holes in the skull. Then near an old tank I found what I believe is part of an old double barrel. You can even see what’s left of the bead on it. Just thought I would share.

Pretty cool find. Be interesting to know the story behind both. When I was about 12, I was walking on my uncles place near Blanco and found an very old rusted pistol laying between some rocks on a rock fence.

A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

I found a cow skull on a ranch we hunted in Kent county, bullet hole in its head. It got stuck in the mud in a dry tank bed. Cowboy probably couldn't get it in time so put it out of it's misery. Also found a Ruger m22with scope, leaning against a tree here at the home place, rusted of course. No telling how long it had been outside. It belonged to my nephew. When I confronted him about it he got mad, and yelled, " its only a f$#@%^&g gun. My Dad, his Grandfather bought him that gun. Spoiled brat lost it for good. I own it now

2 really cool finds!
bullet holes look fairly sizeable so I'm guess the first one was the lower one and the 2nd was needed to get the job done.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

There is a motorcycle helmet in our creek but nobody wants to pick it up. Not sure if somebody is still wearing it.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

There is a motorcycle helmet in our creek but nobody wants to pick it up. Not sure if somebody is still wearing it. I collect skulls of all sorts, 3 at the front porch right now and lots (mostly hogs) at the land. The one possibly in that helmet, I wouldn't touch it either.

Love to hear the story that shotgun could tell. We slaughtered our own steers when I was growing up. Daddy would shoot them in the head before he bled them out. Did you ever eat any brains and eggs for breakfast? We had them a few times.
