Marc The original decision was by a federal judge last spring. Today's was from the 9th Court Of Appeals.

I would need to look up the exact number, but President Trump has appointed a good number of judges to the 9th in the past 3 years. We still have a long way to go on that court, but it's not nearly as left as it was 3 years ago.
