Folks, you all hunting Colorado, check on the wildfires burning in or near your areas.
I-70 is closed near Glenwood Springs and the detour is several hours around , folks getting stuck on the gravel roads, Cottonwood Pass is recc. to not be used by certain vehicles.
A couple burning in Wyoming mostly may affect antelope hunting.

INCIWEB has info on each fire and Flight Radar 24 shows the tankers working the fires. https://inciweb.nwcg.gov/

Looking like no campfires for fall if this keeps up, please obey the fire restrictions in camp.
Pray for rain please across the Rocky Mt West.

My son is the super for Craig HotShots. They are down on the Pine Gulch fire at Grand Junction with hundreds of others. Huge dangerous fire, and only gonna get worse. The Grizzly fire is shaping up to be really bad also!!

That's some hard and dangerous work, be keeping him and the other fire fighters in thoughts and prayers.
Had a new fore pop up yesterday just south of Wyoming, smoke in town here is getting pretty rough, can't imagine how thick it is next to the fires.

We need rain folks, badly .
