Ive decided that you just can’t mess up a quiche. I’m putting cored chopped fresh jalapeños in the next one.

Man, that looks really good. I got going a few years back and blind baked the crust about 8 minutes in a cast iron frying pan and then put in the eggs, etc. Works real good. The crust shrinks and you can take the whole thing out of the pan and put on a plate. Ham, bacon- what's not to like.

Try a well drained can of mild Rotel in one.Really good

Didn't include in description, but always split a can of Ortega diced green chiles in all of them! Makes them pop!
