If your sick, stay home, get well. Do not fall for this crap, DO NOT GET TESTED. Why? There seems to be several varying symptoms. I would at least let the doc decide whether to come in or not. And he would probably tell me not to in order to not infect anybody else with whatever I might have. My sinuses have been toast for the last month. Some tylenol and Advil cold and sinus and I'm good to go. If it was something more serious I'd call my daughter in law. She works for the doctor that I go to and they would just call in some meds for me! This is likely what my doctor would do, hopefully the Hydroxy / Z-Pack. I have zinc.

Hot this sore throat and headache, , no fever. my Primary sent me to them.
Got a Rapid Response Covid Test because of my symptoms
later They came out to my truck, took two swab cultures from my throat. One for strep, one for Covid again.
She diagnosed sinus drainage, no strep, probably a virus, sent me home with instructions to rest, fluids, Tylenol, Hot tea, etc. Sounds familiar, huh?
OH, then, she said my Rapid Covid test (up the nose) was negative....BUT.... I needed to self quarantine until the throat Covid test come back from lab, could be 5-7 days....jeez You have some serious issues Sir. I don't know if it's because you have a liberal girlfriend, or because you're a Dallas Cowboys fan, or because you're a hypochondriac, or a combination of the before mentioned.....but you really need to take a chill pill. There are folks out there that care about you. You are non stop freakin' the F out. Calm down.

I don't see how buzz going to the Dr to hopefully get some antibiotics to feel better makes him a hypochondriac. He's just belly aching he's got to go to some doc in the box instead of his Dr. Which is understandable.

No. Just what I was told by someone that I trust and knows a heck of a lot more than I do - don't want to go into further detail as I don't want to get anyone in trouble.
