These powders and primers are probably 10 years old or older. All of these powders still have airtight aluminum seals, and the lose paper tab under the cap. By sealed I mean I can squeeze the bottle, and the seal will expand.

Does anyone have an idea if it's useable?

Properly sealed and stored, that powder will outlive all of us smile Improperly sealed/stored - just check to see if it's started to red or stink, if it hasn't it's GtG.

And the primers will outlive the powder smile

So, yeah 10 years is a drop in the bucket for those items.

Give the powder a sniff, if it smells from nothing to a slight acetone smell it will be ok. If your nose hairs start curling from a overpowering acidic smell (think hydrochloric acid) then no!

The primers should be ok too, not familiar with Dominion though

Thanks everyone. It was stored in a bedroom, but has been in my garage for a few months. I'm probably gonna try to sell it if it's GTG.

I had hopes of starting to learn reloading, but it's not gonna happen for a while. I don't want to break the seals, in case someone actually wants the stuff. I looked up that Dominion and it's not even around anymore. The stuff sells on collector and auction sites.

Like Binary says....that powder ain't old. If those Alliant cans/jars were labelled Hercules and made of paper, it may be considered old.....but usable. If the odor is of solvent it's good. They should have dates on them.

I found a good place for it inside my house.

I have some spent brass and nickel 38 and 9mm shells, and some old hollow point projectiles that I may list for sale if it's in demand.
