Had a little more than I bargained for after cutting up a dead limb this morning. I stacked it toward the back but still almost called calf rope. Finally get it bumped. I think I would have used a hydronic dump more than a wench. Do UTVs even come without them now days?

Hydronic? ... Hydraulic? ... I think most have electric dump beds, Kubota offers hydraulic and it's wonderful. My first RTV was manual dump only, my second (current) on is hydraulic and works like a charm. I use my FEL to fill the RTV bed, drive to where I need to dump a load (if the tractor can't get there) and dump. Mulch, rocks, pea gravel, garden soil, large rocks, fire wood ... I wouldn't have a UTV without some type of automatic dump bed.

My 825i has power dump, electric over hydraulic I believe. It’s got a bug though. I can raise it to dump but then it doesn’t want to go back down. I’ve got to drive it and shake it while trying to lower it and then it’ll go down. I use it a lot.

I can see that a wench would be good to have with your SXS, as would a winch.

most Polaris' and Kawasaki utv's have them as options. kubota too,
There are quite a few companies selling kits to put on JD Gators though for about $300-$500 dollars.

Bill, a wench isn’t a winch. Look it up (isn’t that what you often say).

Had another pecan limb down this morning. Decided to reduce my load by cutting smaller pieces and loading into the back. Still yet I'm whipped. Plan to finish when the cool weather gets here or when the battery to my cordless gets fully recharged. Excuses, excuses.
