Camp has a community walk in cooler and a community skinning rack if you want to use them. No hidden tricks ill be straight forward about anything and everything.

Little more about the place. We have had it for 3 years and fed year round up until 3 weeks ago when we pulled everything off. (Was supposed to be sold but group backed out) In the 3 years their have been 2 bucks taken and 3 does. This place is not shot out and has the potential to grow some good deer. Their has been several good bucks taken from the ranch. Their isn’t any livestock on the property and it is year round access. Reason for getting off is it’s just to far for us at this time, and we can not get down as often as we would like. Additionally their is a factory built blind that can go with it and two feed pens in place at the moment. Feed pens are 16 panels I believe and will save someone a lot of time. It wouldn’t take much to get going for season as shooting lanes have already been cut as well where are blinds were. (Not locked into those areas though)

Defiantly some good hunting around there. Pretty rough country, too! I have been on several fires pretty recently down in that area.

Great hunting, never know what will be seen with all of the different exotics in that area. It is definitely rough country but everybody should atleast see that part of the state. It’s crazy how Texas has so many different types of terrain.
