Made this last night for dinner. Sorry about the sloppy plateing I put the meat on my pasta then decided I wanted extra sauce on my pasta but not on the meat.  it was great, breaded meat in 1/3 cup Parmesan and 2 teaspoons Italian bread crumbs, pan fried then spread in a baking dish cover with mozzarella cheese then add some sauce I used our normal jar spaghetti sauce sprinkle top with more Parmesan and bake 15-20 min on 350. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/08/full-625-244306-43e041a3_58e6_4f68_b981_9b5a3d0a9f71.png)

I love italian food!
Pizza lasagna spaghetti etc. I made eggplant parm with squash when my zucchini were still producing.
