They have extended tag turn back time frame from 30days to 15 days this year due to COVID. So if you have to turn back a tag you know have up until15 days before season starts, instead of the hard fast 30days before start
FYI

Good to know. I have a mule and elk tag and I'm thinking about turning in the elk tag to solely focus on the mule.
My buddy is set for knee surgery and won't really know until after the surgery if it's just the meniscus or something more serious that might prevent him from hunting in late October. He might have to turn in the mule deer tag. Related to that, if he does turn in the tag, CPW will either refund his money OR refund his points, but not both.

Mine was a third choice Archery elk, and I just had an arm surgery. I have a rifle bear tag that I’m going to keep and probably hunt instead.

I shoot 90lbs limbs Plus I need to give back to the elk gods, I need to sacrifice a bear

Keep hammering. You know that big bull he killed last year cost him 40k right? That's the rumor I heard. Doubt it was 40 but concession is north of 20.

He didn’t pay for it, probably split between UA, Hoyt, and mountain ops. Look who he had with him. Hell of a celebrity hunt with Jocko and Rogan. I wouldn’t be suprised if Reservation didn’t highly discount for publicity. More power to them. If I won the lottery, I’d just hunt San Carlos, White Apache and Acoma for elk and Jicarra for mule deer Probably a few Canadian Res’s I’d Mulie Hunt too.
