This is my small EDC carry - enough to take care of a whitetail. I may make a slight larger knife with this same profile.. just not sure yet.
This one is on its way to the owner. Has Carbon Fiber bolsters and really nice Ironwood burl handles.






2nd is my new design Alpha Fire.. got it finished up and will need a sheath.

How do you give the blade that grey and black look. Not referring to Hammon line

I really like that second one! What is the blade length?

So in the formation of the Hamon it will also cause the different areas to take the etching differently. The blade is then etched in hot vinegar mix and the steel takes the colors, also polishing comes into play as well.

Yes I do my own leather and most are utilitarian in nature. I have a friend who will do very fancy sheath I can add to my knives for below two bills.
