I found out this morning. I ran out of home grown tomatoes last week so no more BLT sandwiches. I was at the new HEB pushing my cart past the deli, when bam. I was staring at a top round roasted to medium rare. Bought home a half pound thin sliced roast beef. Needed nothing more than a little horseradish. Can't wait until lunch tomorrow. Thoughts?

Its difficult to cook prime for just rib for just one. Considering getting a thick cut and having it for dinner next week.

Buy a filet and let’s see your grilling skills!

Something comes out of a prime roast that you can't get with a grilled steak.

Where's the beef? Here's the beef. That old lady would have a coronary if she asked me that question. That's a 1 pounder on an extra large bun.

I'm jealous that you have a HEB nearby, and that I no longer do.
