Not paying $1,000 to shoot 2-3 meat deer. Lodging isn’t necessary but is a plus. We would like to shoot one, maybe two each. May also have another hunter hunter good for 2.

You're probably looking for a late season MLD hunt when a ranch needs to thin animals out.
If you don't want to pay $500 per hunter for two deer. A ranch won't want to book up 2-3 days IMO for that cheap. And it may as well include lodging because it's not likely you will kill 4 deer in one day unless you know the ranch and can get there before daylight. Then are you cleaning the deer you shoot?
If you're really just a meat hunter...and it's not for fun then the high fence MLD will be your best chance. There's usually a place or two that sells them for $200 per deer. But I have no idea and would think they have extra fees in there also. Lodging, cleaning deer, tip?

Yep, I have a MLD place, early season does and spikes. $1000 3 days 3 deer, lodging, meals, meat prep and ice! But I got told I evidently didn’t read the post. He’s NOT paying a $1000 to kill 2 or 3 deer.

I’ve looked into this a lot in the past and ultimately just took my luck with some draw hunts and still ended up spending $500 or a little more per person for up to 3 deer each. BowMan’s deal looks to be very reasonable. I’ve only gotten drawn for hunts 2 of the last 5 years, so definitely not a sure thing. You may want to reconsider your price point. IMO of course.

$1,000 isn’t in the budget, I’m not wanting to spend $350-$500/deer. I apologize if my original post didn’t come across correctly for some.
