I’ve been seeing a decent amount of people make it this summer so I decided to give her a go. I fire roasted all the veggies and cooked the venison charizo over the fire. Along with velveeta I added a brick of Monterrey jack cheese. I have been wanting to give this a try after my SIL posted a picture on Facebook. He tried it a couple of weeks ago and said it turned out great. You took it to another level by fire roasting the veggies!!!
