I bought some at Tom Thumb, grilled them put them in ziplocks. There was NO "meat" all skin, suked

It's always a crapshoot if you are really getting Hatch. But the bigger issue is how they are roasted. Fire up too long then they really go limp. I but them and roast myself using a 135K btu propane torch. Just takes a few minutes each side then dunk them in a 5 gal bucket of cool water to stop the cooking process. I just did a dozen 15 minutes ago.
