You did good pops...if you bought 32” barrels it’ll sell quick in a few months

You’re never going to believe this but I’ll tell it anyway.
Back in 2009 I got big into sporting clays hook, line and sinker....you know, the Judd way of doing stuff. I started with a Win SX3 because that was the gun I wanted to shoot and never could get it to feel right (comb to low, for me and my face) ended up with a 391 and it did awesome. Great shotgun and my favorite auto still. But I wanted to be able to use two different chokes so the hunt began I narrowed it down to a Beretta or Guerini. One mooring I got to surfing gun broker and found this 32” Summit Limited with nice wood $1300 delivered. I called them and it was a pawn shop in Maine and he didn’t know what he had. I bought it before I hung up.
Got it and couldn’t get it to pattern the comb was too low so paid a guy 200 at a shoot to cut a comb in it. It’s perfect and I love the gun. I’ve been offered 2,200 for the gun but that’s what it would take to replace it and that doesn’t make sense to me. I did say I was going to buy a high rib Guerini Impact if I ever made master class. Got a flinch and hung it up for rifles.
It was cool to break it out of the safe for Dave’s shoot this year and shoot it.

That’s awesome Judd...Sounds like you got a great deal! I’ve wanted a nice O/U for a long time. One of these days I’ll get me one.
