$41.00, not including the bighorn sheep you can't apply for 'til Sept. 15th. 'Getting to old to primitive camp in the Sierra Diablos OR quarter and pack Nilgai quarters across south Texas brush, but...we'll see!

Looked it over today. Nothing really new that I could tell, except of a couple of the hunts added to the Federal. I always enjoy applying and look forward to this time of year.

Put in for all the javelina, all the mule deer, all the pronghorn antelope and a few others. Will put in for some others down the road but didn't want to miss out on the ones with an Aug 1 deadline. I did that 2 years ago.

Donated a hundy this year between me and my brother. We gotta draw something eventually, right??? That's right! On both the donation and the hope to draw, best of luck to you and all, and me!!!! I've gotten to where I just apply for what's coming up to the next deadline or two. Then if I don't draw I can put in for even more options on the next round. Just my way of drawing out the researching, planning, and hoping process. Also a way to not realize how much I am "donating" to the cause.

Between my daughter and I, we have applied for 40 hunts.... So far.
Last year I was blessed to draw The Chap on an Archery hunt. It didn't pan out for me but it was great being there.
I donated 93 bucks this year, SO FAR!
If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready!
