Picked this up today at Cabela's. I'd been wanting a .357 for a while. I didn't even notice that the tag said it came with a holster. When they guy brought this one out from the back I was floored. Beautiful rig! Of course, it's way too big for me. I'll have to find someone to cut it down to my size. Still, I'm really happy with the deal.

Nice leather rig! How much too big is it? You'll have a tough time getting it sized for you if it is much bigger than you need. Both of the billets would have to be moved in order for the drop to still sit at your hip correctly. It can be done but not really a simple fix. That's the problem with drop loop rigs, they're pretty much built for the individual wearing it.

Nice. I picked up a 10.5” Super BH in 44 last week.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I would like to shoot a Super BH in .44. I had to give up my Super Redhawk because the trigger guard hurt my middle knuckle when I fired it. Arthritis. A Blackhawk's grip angle might alleviate that problem. Of course, the .357 won't be a problem.

Pretty sharp looking pistol and rig.

Congrats!!! Nice rig!!
There’s a saddle shop in Krum, right on 35.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

How much did the rig cost? Sounds like it was a deal...just curious...
